If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will make the exchange or refund your money.

 

To improve our quality control, send us an e-mail to theemporiumbrazil@gmail.com indicating if you want the product to be replaced or if you prefer your money back, stating the reason for the exchange or return.

 

When your email is processed, we will issue a return authorization number.

 

All returned items must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery, with no signs of use, without signs of wear, and in original packaging with tags attached.

 

Defective Items: The Emporium Brazil is responsible for all costs of returning and replacing the product.
